We have four new products from Orkney that we tasted, and loved, at The Speciality Food Fair in Glasgow.
Firstly there are the pre-packed for freshness mild and mature Orkney Smoked cheeses.
We also have the fantastic smoked garlic dip that went down a storm at our tasting session in the deli.
Last but not least we have smoked garlic bulbs that you can add to roast vegetables or to your mash to produce a delicous accompaniement.
