Saturday Tasting - Whisky Sauce

This Saturday (22nd) we have some Scotch Whisky Sauce on offer for tasting. This sauce is produced in Dundee and can be used as a replacement for Worcester Sauce, and local chef Christopher Trotter has been raving about it.
