Gorgeous Gorganzola

We tasted some wonderful Gorgonzola Fior Di Dolce at the Speciality Fine Food Fair. We were so impressed with it we thought we'd bring it in and give you the chance to taste it as well.  Use as a table cheese, in dressings, as a sauce for pasta or gnocchi, or with salad.
