Fresh Roasted Coffee Beans

We are investigating investing in installing a new coffee machine - grinding the roasted coffee beans for a fresher taste and selling in 12oz cups. It would be helpful to us to get your feedback - would this be a welcome addition to our offerings or are you happy with our current instant coffee offering?
