OILS, VINEGARS AND DRESSINGS

The quality shines through when you taste our OVDs! Our olive oils include the great value and tasting Spanish Herencia Mediterranea and Oliflix from El Olivio, whilst the Italian Lemon olive oil from Seggiano is wonderful drizzled over a salad or grilled Halloumi cheese. We also stock the award-winning Summer Harvest rapeseed oil from Crieff which is used by chef Nick Nairn. The oil has half the saturated fats of olive oil and a high Omega 3 level - making it one of the healthiest oils on the market. We also stock Spanish truffle oil.

Also on our shelves is extra virgin Avocado Oil (especially good for wok cooking).

From Dundee we have Scomac's Whisky Vinegar (and their whisky sauce - a good replacement for Worcester sauce).

Vinegars include 8 or 6 year old balsamic from Fattoria Estense. Dressings of many styles come from Essential Dressings, Olives et Al and Summer Harvest (with Dalchonzie raspberries) – just perfect for drizzling or marinating.

We also offer an organic Oliflix and a Lemon Balsam vinegar for you to pour into your own container (or you can buy 250ml and 500ml glass decanters from us). Save money - save the planet.
