Taste Fresh has one of the best selections of cheese in Dundee. We normally stock at least 30 cheeses from Scotland and Continental Europe and offer you the opportunity to select the weight you require to be cut, plus we offer some cheeses such as feta, parmesan, gjetost and halloumi already packaged.

Our Scottish selection includes well-known names such as Isle of Mull Cheddar and Strathdon Blue plus other less known but equally superb cheeses such as Anster from Fife; Cambus O' May from Aberdeenshire; Orkney Smoked and Bonnet goats cheese from the south west.

Our Continental selection includes Mahon and Manchego from Spain, Ubriaco Rosso (cows milk cheese soaked in red wine) and Gorgonzola Dolce from Italy, Gouda with Cumin and Old Amsterdam from The Netherlands, Emmental, Appenzeller and Cave Aged Gruyere from Switzerland, and Brie, Raclette and Soignon goats log from France to name but a few.

We are also pleased to make every attempt to bring in cheeses that customers request but we don’t normally stock. Just ask one of our staff and we will contact one of our four cheese suppliers – that is how we started stocking Gjetost Norwegian cheese!

We also stock organic free range eggs from Bairds of Auchterhouse. at £1.60 per half dozen compared to £2.05 at Tesco, Asda and Sainsbury they taste great and are a bargain! 

Also on offer are yogurts from The Devenick Dairy in Aberdeenshire. The family owned business has been in existence for over 50 years and have won numerous awards for their products.
